ATB Place - Concourse (ATBC)

This suite is ideal for a service retail tenant (i.e. para-medical, shoe repair, computer service or income tax office) or any use compatible with existing tenant mix. It is located between the LRT entrance and food court. Additional adjoining space may be available. Concourse tenants include Second Cup, The Energizer Health & Fitness Club, Centre Daycare, More Than Burgers & Fries and Creme Puff Bakery.

The Concourse and food court offer a variety of amenities including: a daycare centre, tenant fitness centre (full gym and change facilities), shoe repair, tailoring, dry cleaning, flower shop, convienience store, travel agencey, as well as a variety of food kiosks in the food court.
